As one of the newest catering companies in Sampson (Clinton) County; Jazzy's Professional Catering (formerly Ashley Professional Chef Services) has been devoted to hospitality in Sampson County.  In 2019, Chef/Owner launched his flagship catering company Clinton, NC.  Unfortunately, during the later part of the year going into 2020, Covid-19 hit the world with a solid blow, and at that time the catering company was at a standstill for years.  As time went on, he did not stop working on his craft.  After a lengthy absence, in January 2025, there was a name change that is where the name Jazzy’s Professional Catering was launched.  It is also in the memory of my late great mother Joyce “Jazzy” Ashley.
